Shipping, Christmas delivery and returns: everything you need to know.
Is shipping really free?
Yes. Shipping to the US is free on every order: there's no shipping fee at checkout. Every order ships with tracking, and we email you the tracking link as soon as it's on its way.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders arrive in about 5–12 business days. Some items ship from our US warehouse and typically arrive in 3–7 business days. Delivery times are estimates, and carriers can run slower in December.
When should I order to get it by Christmas?
Please order by December 1 for the best chance of delivery before Christmas. Carriers get very busy in December, so the earlier you order, the safer.
Can I return it?
Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items should be unused and in their original condition and packaging. Please email us before sending anything back and we'll reply with return instructions. For change-of-mind returns, the customer pays return shipping.
What if my item arrives damaged or doesn't work?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. Once we've reviewed them, we'll send a free replacement or give you a full refund, whichever you prefer.
How are the lights powered?
It depends on the item. Some plug in and others use batteries, USB or solar power. Each product page lists the power source and what's included.
